Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.


Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We will ship to any residential address in the continental United States. Please note that at this time we do not ship to commercial addresses.

Q: How much do you charge to ship bikes?

A: All bikes ship free!

Q: Do I have to assemble my bike when it arrives?

A: In order to ship your bike, we have to disassemble it a bit to get it into the box. Depending on the type of bike, more or less disassembly will be required. If you ever have any questions about how much assembly will be required when a bike arrives to you, please email us at orders@usedbikes.shop or contact us. We also recommend taking your bike to a shop for assembly if you are unsure about any aspect of the assembly process.

Q: How will my bike ship?

A: Your bike will ship in a standard bicycle box via UPS ground. Signature is required upon delivery.
