Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We will ship to any residential address in the ontinental United States. Please note that at this time we do not ship to commerical addresses.

All bikes ship free!

In order to ship your bike, we have to disassemble it a bit to get it into the box. Depending on the type of bike more or less disassembly will be required. If you ever have any questions about how much assembly will be required when a bike arrives to you , please contact us. We also recommend taking your bike to a shop for assembly if you are unsure about any aspect of the assembly process.

Your bike will ship in a standard bicycle box via UPS ground. Signature is required upon delivery.

If you are not 100% satifified with your purchsse, you have 30 days to return it from the day you recieved your order. To initiate a return need to email us orders@usedbike.shop and one of our customer service reps will be happy to help you out.
